    WORKSHOPS

For the rest of this year I am offering a series of monthly Saturday or Sunday workshops, especially for those who love a dose of Feldenkrais, but who find it hard to make it to weekly classes

    May 2017

    Happier Hips

The positive effects of this workshop will flow on to many daily activities, improving your sitting, walking, standing, cycling, yoga practice and dancing. . . .

    Saturday 20th May, 2017, 10.30am - 1.00pm.
Okines Community House, Main Road Dodges Ferry (next to the Primary School and the Community Garden).

    July 2017

Movement as a Tonic for your Neck and Shoulders

This 2 1/2 hour workshop is designed to help you improve your posture and find more freedom and lightness in your neck and shoulders. You will learn a new set of skills, in the form of gentle movement sequences, that you can use yourself at home to help ease stiff, sore neck and shoulders.

The video clips of a violinist and a white water kayak-er give a small glimpse of the benefits that are possible, and how we approach things in the Feldenkrais Method. You will be able to have an MP3 file of the lessons to bring home with you too!

    Sunday 2nd July, 2017, 10.30am - 1.00pm.

Okines Community House, Main Road Dodges Ferry.
