Group Classes

Group Classes, called Awareness Through Movement lessons, are held each week.
In the course of the lessons, I will guide you through a sequence of simple, gentle movement explorations, incorporating developmental movement patterns. 

By focusing your attention on your movement, and refining your sense of how you move, you will discover ways to move in a more intelligent, effective and efficient way, making everyday activities easier to perform, increasing sensitivity, grace and ease. 


Here is an example of what you can expect in an Awareness Through Movement Class.





Classes generally run for 8 - 12 weeks, and are suitable for people of all levels of performance and ability.
