Two things combined to turn around an unusual walking dysfunction that I lived with for a number of years. One was the Feldenkrais Method, and the other, the meditation work of Feldenkrais trained Leander Kane, also a Buddhist nun. Having experienced the benefits of Feldenkrais as a way of improving function and managing pain, I am passionate about the Method, and thrilled to be able to share the benefits of this method with its holistic approach to healing. I am a Certified Feldenkrais Practitioner and member of the Australian Feldenkrais Guild. I offer one-on-one Functional Integration sessions and Awareness Through Movement lessons for individuals and groups in Tasmania.
