In this introductory series of gentle, guided Awareness Through
Movement® lessons, we will focus on our hard-working necks and
shoulders. Its where many of us feel stress, fatigue and tension first, and
where we often carry the responsibilities of life.
You will learn to identify habitual patterns that contribute to neck
and shoulder tension, and explore simple movements to release that tension,
improve your range of movement, and allow you to find your natural alignment
and ease.
